They sampled air from various rooms in the condo and in the basement. They were very courteous and tried to avoid disturbing the staff, as the business was open during the evaluation. The representative did a good job of explaining the process. After we received the report, Mr. Wiseman answered all my questions by phone without making me feel rushed.
Description of Work: We asked them to do a mold evaluation of our condo; they took samples from the air with a special machine, cultured them, and provided us with a very detailed report several weeks later.
