Service was good car ran well after getting work done.

The test itself was fine. I have also had my oil changed here on previous occasions and they do a good job. My only complaint is that they get very busy. So unless you go at an unusual time, or have an appointment, you should expect to wait a while. But solid work otherwise.

The hub bearings were replaced in a timely manner but I experienced problems following the maintenance. I immediately took the 2004 Nissan Quest back in and they continued to troubleshoot. Their computer was unable to talk to the van and they recommended I go to Nissan for assistance. Nissan said there was a problem with the hub bearing and they should be replaced. Midas concurred and assigned a more experienced technician to conduct the repairs. They are said they were using a high quality set of hub bearings this time. Don't know why I didn't that the first time. I continued to have problems intermittently and could not get it to repeat for the technicians and decided to live with it. Took it back in 7 months later and they immediately took it back in but was unable to repeat the issue. Bottom line: They were very responsive to all issues and have attempted to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the van will not cooperate. I would use them in the future.

I have used them in the past. I was happy with the work they did and would use them again.

I have been taking my car to Midas for nearly 2 years, and they have proven to be very honest and accomodating. I first took my car to them when my "check engine" light came illuminated, and I expected the worst. However, they simply reset the light and advised to bring the car back if the light didn't illuminate after 48 hours. Ultimately, no repairs were necessary, and I was greatly impressed by their honesty. I was also impressed by the fact that they didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I would recommend them to anybody.
