I had a busted belt in one of my back tires and the other back tire was low on tread. I knew the tires I wanted, but they didn't carry them. However, they ordered them and had them the next day and installed them on my vehicle for the agreed upon price. I didn't find them to be cheap, but I don't think they're exceedingly expensive either. That said I believe that they are good honest people and will deal fairly with their customers.

I will likely return to them for any follow on vehicle services that I can't peperform myself.

Daughter's fan belt needed repair and it was discovered that a bolt on the car frame was broken.  First estimate to fix everything was ~$500.  Groton Tire tightened the fan belt and then was able to replaced the broken bolt without any disassembly, which was going to be the bulk of the cost.  Only charged ~$100.

They did a full inspection and pointed out everything that was exceptional and everything that was questionable. So honest. We have used them for auto repairs for last several years - our paster and alot of our friends do, too. we were so surprised that it was no charge!

great! cost less than anticipated. Everyone was informative, friendly, and attentive. Done in one day.

They will replace parts when needed, but they will try their hardest to fix the problem first. I absolutely trust them. They will go out of their way to save you things. I have recommended friends to them and they think the world to them. They do not do much body work, but you can go to them for a good recommendation.

The service was great!  I called on a Monday and they needed at least a 1 day lead time for an alignment.  So I scheduled an appointment for the next Wednesday.  I dropped my truck off early that morning and put my keys in their drop box.  I called at noon from work to question the status and he told me they would be done by 3pm.  I stopped in after work at 4pm and they were all ready for me.  They even let me know i needed to replace my rear brakes.  The following week I took an old deflated trailer tire in to have it "looked at".  They checked it out, filled it with air and said I was good to go, free of charge.  If your local and looking for a new tire place or just from out of town and need an emergent repair, I would recommend Groton Tire.
