Best Cleaning

I recently moved into a home that needed to be cleaned before I unpacked my belongings. After seeing Kim work at my friend's house (has had a weekly house cleaner for at least 10 years), I thought is was a great idea to hire her for help. She kindly squeezed me into her busy schedule, and I was excited about her early morning arrival. I planned voting, shopping, etc. around her arrival. Unfortunately, she squeezed in another client before my 8:00 a.m. appointment, and she did not show up until after 10:00. She mentioned that my asking her to bring a pet free vacuum delayed her. I thought professional cleaning companies came with everything they needed, just in cast. I know I heard her tell my friend that she keeps things in her vehicle just in case. Oh well, I quickly realized that the quality of Kim's work was not what I expected. After they cleaned the first bathroom, I went in expecting to be wowed, and the toilets still had stains and shower doors were still cloudy with streaks. I expressed my concerns to Kim and she told me that she scrubbed the toilets 4 times, but the stains will not come off, and the shower doors.....before she answered, I discovered a 13 gal trash bag filled with my paper towels that they used to clean the bathrooms. I explained to Kim that in order to remove the stains on the shower doors and toilets, they needed to use the sponges and tools that I provided. They did take my advice and start using the scrubber, but that was only for the last bathroom. They did not go back and re-clean the other two bathrooms. I cleaned them myself. They are nice girls. Truth is, if you need someone to touch up or dust your already clean place before a party or something, Best Cleaning would be perfect. However, if you are looking for someone to deep clean..... I have a person/company for you.

I couldn't stop smiling when I got home that night. Every dirty little corner that had been nagging me was clean! It took longer than Kim originally estimated but that didn't bother or surprise me when I saw how much work they had done. They cleaned all the baseboards, trim and raised panel doors in addition to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning 2-1/2 bathrooms and the kitchen. I couldn't have accomplished in a month of Sundays what they did in 9-1/2 hours. Very impressed. They come every other week now and I am just as satisfied with my first "regular" cleaning as I was with the initial.

Initial contact was easily made. I left a message and my call was returned the same day. They came to assess the situation and give me an estimate the next day. Could not have been easier! I would give them SIX STARS, were it possible!

We have been using Best Cleaning for the past year or so after trying a few others in the area.  Kim and Jolene (sp?) are amazing...they are always responsive to phone calls, can deal with schedule changes, trudge through feet of snow and our challenging driveway in the winter, and constantly work when they're here and on the clock.  The results are great and the price is reasonable.  Highly recommended!

Kim and Joline cleaned my rental property from top to bottom including tilt-in windows in and out.  They were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  They were very accommodating to any special requests.  I would use them again in a heart beat.

Our house had not been professionally cleaned for several months.  Kim and her assistant arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning, which took approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.  When they were finished, the house was cleaner than it had been for a long time.  Kim was very pleasant, let us know in advance about needed supplies, checked on what needed to be done, and made good suggestions.  Overall, we were very satisfied, and will continue to hire Best Cleaning.

They do a very good job, and I totally trust them to be in my home whether I'm home or not. Very nice, responsive, and reliable.
