Westmore Fuel

Westmore is DISHONEST and doesn’t actually care about its clients. Do not use this company. We considered returning to them and asked that they help with a no heat problem. They charged an extra 30 mins ($79.50) and when the error was questioned, replied that it was a “travel fee”. Less than 24 hours after our question about the charge, they charged our card without our knowledge or authorization for the entire bill because they suspected we’d dispute. They illegally charged our card a day after they invoiced us. Who does this? Outrageous and unacceptable. Also had to spend a lot of precious time on the phone with the credit card company. Enough said about how DISHONEST this company is. Spare yourselves the wasted time and energy dealing with this extremely petty company.

Reliable, they do what they say that there gonna do and they came quickly when I had an issue.

Westmore does this 200 times a year, but I've never gone through it. Glenn was
responsive and professional to the utmost and dealt with my various
neuroses. They got it done in record time. There's a reason they are my
oil company. High praise.

As we have moved to the US very recently, and are not familiar with oil heating, contracts etc at all. We have asked around first. We also called a few oil heating companies to get a better idea. This company was recommended and we are so happy we got that recommendation. The sales department lady Christine had been extremely helpful with explaining how everything works, and going through all the options and giving all the answers. I think I would have chosen this company also, because of their website, very transparent and easy to use. Also the fact that they mix in bio fuel, is a great plus for us. Oil prices change every day, and we do not mind to pay some extra for great service. But the professionalism and great service of this company is priceless.

I'm very happy with them. I also used them in 2006. They are reliable, courteous, prompt and they are very professional.

WESTMORE FUEL COMPANY INSTALLED A FURNACE INTO OUR HOME NOT TOO LONG AGO. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSTALLING. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY NEAT AND ON TIME. THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB AND THE COST IS FAIR ON SUPPLIES AND LABOR.
