Terrible customer service, especially their office staff. I pay for them to come to my property multiple times over the course of two years and they never got my sprinkler system working. I would make an appointment with them to come fix my system, and they would leave before finishing the job because they had another appointment. Don’t waste your time or money - there are much better options in the area.

Replaced a sprinkler line that had been damaged during patio construction project.

"This repair was an interesting one. The pool had been filled in, and as a result, the existing water pipe could no longer be accessed. After discovering the problem earlier that day, we returned that evening to install a new line. No problems with the system shut down last Autumn nor the start-up this Spring.
Everything was working, no winter damage to system.
Fast and responsive. Gave me some good advice this year on how to set up the system to use less water.

It went like clockwork. We installed a complete irrigation system that injected liquid fertilizer on a timer. This was not a simple job. They had many obstacles to navigate. We talked about it, expressed our preferences and the foreman got it done the way we asked for. Their foreman is a great guy who stops by the house to observe how the new turf is weathering the heat and adjusting the schedule accordingly. This is one of our top rated vendors.

In our $7,000 installation contract with Summer Rain they agreed to provide a 2-year warranty for their work. Summer Rain improperly installed the irrigation hoses and they are flooding all of our new landscaping. Despite it being less than a year after completion, Summer Rain reneged on their warranty promise, amazingly telling us that "it's not our problem anymore". I have never before encountered such a dishonorable service vendor.

Just ok. They are the main sprinkler company here in Greenwich. I really wanted to like them but i continue to have issues with their company. One no show appointment and when i called the technician had already logged he was there even though he never showed. This year i made an appointment and after waiting an hour and calling they said the technician would be there and after another hour and a half and still no one (also was getting dark) i rescheduled. the new appointment was made and again a no show. When i called they said there was a miss communication. So frustrated with this company...will be looking for a new one to service my sprinkler system.

They are good. I spend $136 on their service and they come out and turn on the sprinkler system, test them and they also have to replace part of the spray nozzles. They are very good and also very punctual. I would recommend them to others. Their cost could be cheaper. Their cost could be cheaper and that bugs me.

Same as above but they gave me an estimate and map of everything they were going to install and what type of equipment (not that i am an expert on this). everything went smoothly and it is night and day between how everything looks between then and now. he also helped me on how to set the sprinklers so my kids could run through them.

They responded quickly to my call. An appointment was set up in a reasonable time. Service people were punctual and courteous. The job was easy and well done. The price is reasonable compared with some peers in the area.

My experience with Summer Rain has been excellent. They have always been on time and have arranged appointments at my convenience. Sometimes they come early and wait patiently for my (on time!) arrival. They return phone calls promptly and are courteous. The workers are careful not to leave messes in the house. It is a tremendous relief after unpleasant experiences with another company.

These guys are the best in the business. They are excellent and I am very pleased with the work. They answer all of your questions and are thorough as well. I would recommend them to other people any time. The price is reasonable and the service is very good.

I dealt with the VP, Michael Hyland, who himself came out to inspect my property and discuss the project with me and prepare the estimate. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his office staff. They were able to schedule the work on very short notice and did an expert job. Also, all their plumbing was first rate and the plumber they used to do the work inside my house was lovely and very experienced.

BILL GALLAGHER HAS BEEN SERVICING MY IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR 12 YEARS WHEN HE INSTALLED IT. THE PROPERTY IS HILLY WITH STEEP INCLINES IN CERTAIN, HAS MANY SPECIMEN PLANTINGS, FLOWER BEDS AND CLIMBING VINES ON TRELLISES. EACH YEAR VARIOUS SPRINKLER HEADS NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO LAWN MOWER DAMAGE AND BASED ON NEW PLANTINGS, OCCASIONALLY HEADS NEED TO BE INSTALLED. SUMMER RAIN IS CAREFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INEXPENSIVE FOR VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK.
