I was happy with the work done. I felt they were fair on their price as it was comparable to other companies. They were professional, on time and did a nice job. I will call them again when my carpets need shampooing. I would also refer them to others.

THEY GOT HERE IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY GOT ALL SPOTS OUT OF THE FLOORS FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY SOCIAL PEOPLE WHILE AT THE HOUSE AND HAD GREAT MANNERS I ENJOYED.

THEY WERE VERY PUSHY ON THERE PRODUCTS. WHEN I TOLD THE GUY THAT WAS CLEANING OUR CARPET THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING ELSE HE KEPT PUSHING TO THE POINT THAT WE GOT INTO A SHOUTING ARGUMENT. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS TERRIBLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

MY CARPET AND CHAIRS LOOK GREAT. THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE PRICE; IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS. I THINK THAT IT WAS WORTH IT TO HAVE IT DONE, BUT IT WOULD BE NICER IF IT WAS CHEAPER.

EVER SINCE THEY HAVE STARTED COMING OUT, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW EVERY TIME THEY ARE FINISHED WITH THE JOB.
