My wife and I have been bringing our cars to splash for years the west Putnam location in greenwich. On a recent wash I noticed a large scratch across the front of my hood. I contacted the manger at the location (I forget his name) that made me feel I was lying to them. And proceeded to tell me it's not their fault but will fill out and accident report and send it on to the district manger who would call me to review it. Well he has never called me, and I called him and left messages 4 times! I even brought the car back to a different manger who wouldn't take responsibility for the scratch. Both mangers seemed as if they where trained in deniability .they gave me excuses after excuses , how they use clean rags for drying the car and it is impossible to scratch the car. While we were talking I showed the manger that their employees dropped the rags on the ground onto massive amount of rock salt, picked it up and continue to dry the car.

The service of the wash/detailing is good.  If it happens to rain within 24 hours after your wash, guess what. They are more than happy to wash your car again.

Stopped by for a car wash. Nice that they have two lines for service - one for just exterior and one for a more thorough cleaning. The guys hustle, so you're out quickly. I've noticed it's better to go on off times than weekends because they try and move to fast missing spots, but they'll touch it up if you point it out.

They have a lot of people doing the car washes and go through very quickly. I got a detailing inside and outside at a low price. The wait time was not much. They cleaned everything inside out. They did a very good job of going to the next step of washing it up and making it shine.

I went there to get my car washed after my dog threw up in it, and they did a great job, they detailed the car too, it took a little while and was pricey but was worth it. They have a great inside store so you can entertain yourself.

SPLASH IS A VERY GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE CLEANED. THEY VACUUM INSIDE AND OUT. WIPE DOWN DOORWELLS AND CLEAN WINDOWS. MY CAR LOOKS FABULOUS.
