It was an excellent experience! Marc came to see the job and brought in his excellent team, headed by Marcos. They were meticulously careful, vacuuming and leaving the kitchen spotless, and the counters are like new. This business is one in a million!

I was 100% thrilled with the installation of my new quartz kitchen countertop and stainless steel sink which was done by owner, Steve, last week. You deal directly with the owners in selecting what you want, taking measurements in your home, and the installation. Steve, Mark, and Chris are so pleasant, responsive, competent, and bend over backwards to assure you are a happy, satisfied customer. Even my plumber commented on what a great job they did. I highly recommend them to everybody!

He was incredible. From day one, he was very responsive, and so was the person who worked with him (Chris). We had an issue with a contractor that took deposits from us for material (floors and windows) that he never actually ordered, pocketed the money, and then disappeared-- that guy's name is Dave McHale from Stamford-- and so we had to put our countertop project on the back burner while we recollected. Precision was so kind about it, they had no issues delaying the install (and therefore final payment) for several months and when they installed it, they did a perfectly beautiful job on all aspects from cut to install. I was so nervous about working with anyone after our incident but Precision put me at ease with their responsiveness, willingness to put everything in email, patience, and overall kindness, which seems to be a rarer and rarer quality in customer service. The gentlemen who came to do the install were very sweet also, and very professional. He mentioned to me that the stone we picked out was the densest he's ever cut, and the labor time was a lot higher than usual, but Precision did NOT pass on the cost to us, or increase our bill, or anything. Very reliable. I've had my counter now for over a year and there are no issues in the seams, or around the faucet, etc.

When we went to the store i was greeted by Chris in a friendly and professional manor. After a discussion to determine what I wanted in the new counter top Chris showed us multiple samples and encouraged me to take several home to see what looked best with my cabinets. That allowed me to choose with confidence. Steve came to my home to create a template for the quartz to ensure that the replacement quartz would fit the exact shape of my walls. We followed Steve's suggestion for the placement of the seam. It is so well done that you need to be shown where it is. The counter top had to be shimmed up to meet the existing appliance garage. It meets the garage perfectly. The installation was quick and very neat. They left no debris or dust behind. We are very happy with our new counter top. The crew arrived on time and called when they were 10 minutes away. Great customer service combined with outstanding knowledge of products and installation made the whole process a very good experience. Kudos to Chris and Steve and team!

Called Steve, he was going to be in our town later the same day. He called 20 min. out. He & two assistants came in, promptly took off their boots, setting them on the canvas tarp they'd brought, along with a drill & large shop vac. Steve examined the five existing counter tops & the five faucets for which the holes were to be drilled, asked me which side I'd prefer, drew an X in pencil on the spot, the assistants removed the 'stuff' under the counters, the holes were drilled with an assistant holding a vacuum hose, the area was cleaned & onto the next bathrooms. Steve gave me some advice on a shower stall question I had, patted our dog, I gave him a check for $300- & off they went - in less than 40 min.!

I had a bad experience with another granite store trying to pick new granite countertops for a kitchen remodel. I call Chris at Precision Stone after reading reviews on Angieslist. Chris and his team were terrific. He helped find us a great looking slab of Granite at a really good price. His team showed up on time to measure and had my new countertops were installed in less than 4 days. His team were extremely professional and everything looks amazing in our new kitchen. Thanks again to Precision Stone, and would definitely use them again in the future.

This is the third time we have used precision stone the first two for bathrooms and now for a kitchen counter. Steve and Chris are very professional and are a pleasure to work with. We shopped around for granite and have found them to be the best from both price and service. They are outstanding.

I dislike that they were careless in the installation. They were patient with the process of stone selection.

The guys at Precision Stone Marble and Granite are simply great to work with. I am restoring an older home and needed new countertops for a few rooms. They were very quick to respond to my initial questions, and quick to provide pricing for the materials I needed. They also were great at quoting alternative options to help meet my budget, and never seemed bothered by it (like some providers can be)
When it came time to perform the work, they were on time, professional, and were able to get the job done relatively quickly. They do beautiful install work. Being an old home things are far from square, and they did an excellent job tempting the countertops to accommodate this.
Beside all the business professionalism, they also seem to be just a great bunch there that you would want to work with. Friendly, courteous, honest. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone; and will be using them again in the future.

These guys are great. They did a counter for half-wall for us and it was done at perfection.

Precision stone came highly recommended to us for the counter top work we needed in our complete kitchen remodeling. We called Marc Gazzola and explained what we were looking for. He was friendly, helpful, and immediately understood what we wanted. He gave us a fair quote, and as the work on our remodeling progressed he came to our home to see the space and answer any questions we had. After our new cabinets were installed Marc came again to take measurements, and get the specs of our sink, faucet and cook top. A week later he came to do the installation. His work was excellent. Marc helped troubleshoot some minor problems and made some needed adjustments.
Overall we are very happy with our Ceasarstone counter top and would highly recommend using Marc for any stone work in your home.

Precision Stone Marble and Granite did an unbelievable job fixing the crack in my marble bathroom countertop. You would never know that it was cracked. They were excellent to work with and they did an amazing job. They cleaned up, the bathroom was immaculate when they walked out. They did a patio with stone. They did a beautiful job. They took their time. They were effective and very efficient. We were very pleased. They did not disturb any of the plants around the patio. Everything was very neatly done. The price they charged was moderate.

Not only did Precision Stone help us find a recently-discontinued Caesarstone countertop, they also did an amazing job fabricating and installing the stone in our galley kitchen in Brooklyn. Because our co-op building is a bit older, nothing is straight or balanced: Marc and his team did an excellent job working with all of the quirks our kitchen presented.
