Great!  I called Paul on a Sunday, left a VM and he called back within a day or two.  I described the issue and arranged a date/time for him to come evaluate.  He was on time, fixed the smallest thing immediately at no charge, and said he call with a quote on the other three within a few days.  He did that and we arranged a date/time.  He arrived on time for that, fixed the first two things (large door opener light that never worked properly, and a speaker with loose wires quickly, then tackled the more complicated one: a bathroom light (sconce) issue: one a bad socket and the other, poor materials so that the glass shade would never "hold" to the fixture.  He replaced the socket, and them came up with a very creative solution for the poor materials - only alternative would have been to replace the entire fixture, which would really have been three fixtures, likely at least $1000 for the new fixtures plus labor.  He made the existing fixture much better!  He was at our house for 1.5 hours and the total cost was $210.
