PARTRIDGE & ROCKWELL IS A STAPLE IN OUR TOWN OF GREENWICH. IT IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED AND SELLS AND SERVICES EVERYTHING FROM SUB-ZERO REFRIGERATORS TO TOASTERS. THIS WINE COOLER HAD SEVERAL ISSUES. MY REPAIRMAN FIXED ONE ISSUE AND FOUND ANOTHER ONE. ONE BY ONE HE FIXED ALL 3 PROBLEMS. IT IS AS GOOD AS NEW EVEN THOUGH IT IS 12 YEARS OLD AND WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM PARTRIDGE & ROCKWELL.

THEY CAME EARLY AND REMOVED THE OLD DISHWASHER AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE. IT DID NOT WORK AT FIRST, BUT ONCE IT WAS REPROGRAMMED, IT BEGAN WORKING VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN WORKING OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS AND RESOLVING ANY ISSUES.

THE PARTRIDGE AND ROCKWELL REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVED ON TIME TO REPAIR THE WASHING MACHINE. THEY WORKED WELL. I DID NOT PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY.
