"Thanks for this great review - we'll ask Angie's list to provide an "off the charts" rating so you can rate our work the way you wish! :-)"
"Thanks for your compliments in your review. We appreciate the A marks in every performance metric! This project grew in scope over a few months of evaluation by the client, as well as because of client requests during the project. Sometimes we've found this growth in scope can lead to a feeling of discomfort in spending more than originally budgeted, perhaps explaining the "B" in price. One solution we often employ at the front end is to take our clients through a careful design phase where we draw up blueprints and scope of work documents and budgets before project start to avoid scope growth during the project. We will seek to perfect our communication skills so our clients will always understand the cost/benefits of selections they are making to maximize the value they receive for their money."
"Thank you for the great review - our only regret is that you are running out of rooms to renovate!"
