Dropped car off for minor fender repair an paint on Monday 1/28. On Thursday afternoon (1/31) I called to find out the status. I was told that the paint shop had been down and that they hadn't started work on the car. The man who spoke with me asked me what was being done to the car. I was driving and did not have the paperwork with me. He then told me that there was something wrong with the estimate, it was too low (he was not the same person who gave me the estimate). He would call me back with a new estimate. The following day I called again, was admonished by the same man I spoke with the day before because I was not clear to him as to the work being done and if I had been he would have knwn that the original estimate was OK.. He was rude and unprofessional. I am not an auto body expert. I am not familiar with the jargon, I do not work with him, as does the original gentleman (who was nice) who wrote me the estimate. I picked up the car later that day, which I found on the street with the keys inside and doors unlocked,
