He inspected the areas to be done, then emailed an estimate the following day, and the work was scheduled. He arrived with his crew on time and gave them directions, and they started right in. They moved some of the big furniture and fragile items from the work areas, and covered all the exposed areas that were no to be painted with canvas or plastic. This included other surfaces eg- drapes, rugs, furniture, etc. I am usually leery of unsupervised work crews, but felt very comfortable with them. I talked to the guys while they were moving stuff, and found out that they had been with the company for a long time. One was on his 16th year! When they were through they cleaned the place up thoroughly; it was as if they were never there!
The Mrdelja's (pronounced mer-dail-ya) have never advertised; all their work comes from word -of-mouth referrals. Hopefully this will change. I wish I hadn't lost their contact information, as I had several unsatisfactory painting and papering experiences over the last 15 years.
