They will come and pick up my car if I ask them too. There is no charge for that. They are very customer oriented. They are wonderful.

Overall, it was okay.

The brakes on my Lexus LS on two occasions recently locked and brought me to sudden stops, three locks each occasion after which the brakes worked fine. For many years I got first class service from Lexus of Greenwich. For example, when my car wouldn't start one Sunday morning, Lexus of Greenwich sent a special emergency truck to my home. The technician found the battery was dead. He charged it, gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future, and left without charging me for his service. When my brakes locked the second time I called the service department. The person who answered the phone said I would have to bring the car in. I said I wanted help. She switched me to another person. She too said to bring the car In. I said they sent help in the past when anything went wrong, and that's what they promised when they sold me the car. Day or night, they said, they would send someone to help me, whatever the problem, wherever I was. She said she wasn't going to expose anyone there to danger. She said I should drive the car in myself. She said if I didn't want to drive the car in myself, I should hire a tow truck. When I asked which towing service to call, she offered no names, no help. She was not only unhelpful, she was rude. A friend knew some people in the shop, and after a call, the shop people sent someone to my home to bring the car in and left me a loaner. The next day he brought my car back and took the loaner. Just like old times. This was how they used to operate. Now, it's as if there is a new owner who wants to maximize profits by cutting service. I really don't want to do business with them again. However, I felt bad for the shop people who wanted to help but looked like they were afraid for their jobs. When I need to trade my car in for a new one, which will be soon, I don't want to go back to Lexus of Greenwich again. They lost my trust.

I have been taking my vehicles there for the last 11 years. The service is great, the people are pleasant, they are very timely, and they provide great customer service.

My car was on lease with them. The service was terrible. They were supposed to pick me out in 15 minutes, and it was a hot hundred degrees in the shade, and I had met with the minor accident, and they showed up 45 minutes later. It was so warm, and I was parked on the side street waiting for them to come, and the neighbor someone I didn't even know from across the street came over and asked me if I needed a bottle of ice water because it was so hot outside. I was on a side street walking and going slow and that's when I heard a crash on the right side of my window, and it turned out to be that a live wire had fallen. I was not even allowed to come out until the police arrived. I was so not to get out of the car because they'd didn't see where the end of the live wire was. The insurance company took care of the payment, and they also wanted to charge me on a loaner. It's been years since I've been dealing with them, and I would say be cautious with them because I don't know whether it was the heat or some reason they gave me for not being there on time. I would not highly recommend them. They used to be very good, but the work they did was fine as far as I could tell. I don't know who they used for towing whether they used their own company, and I have a feeling that they called somebody else to do it. Their punctuality and professionalism was poor, but I can't help using them in the future.

The car is very good. I drive it a lot. They have a very good service. If I have something repaired, I don't have to take it back before my six months is up. Sometimes I may get a caution light and it is useless at the time because I am supposed to take it back. So I just call them up and they tell me to bring it to them. I get a loaner. I am satisfied with them, I really am. I have used them for twelve years and I have been very satisfied so far. If I am stuck some place, I call them and ask them and they would tell me what to do. They are more expensive than a local service center. I think they charge a little more. It is a high-end car and the cost of the parts would be more expensive. They are very dependable. I never have to take it back. They examine the car and fix the problems that I may have. The car is fine until I take it back for another six months. They service my car right away. I never have to wait. My car is done overnight, if they find something that is going to take them longer, then I get a loaner, sometimes it is a brand new Lexus. They are very professional.

It's easy to get an appointment. I appreciate their availability and their extended hours. They work till 11.00 PM or 12.00 in the night. They are great and they know me well by my first name. I really don't have any problems with their services. I bring it in, they fix what needs to be fixed and they service what needs to be serviced. They do it in a timely fashion and I get what I pay for. I didn't have to pay for the last service because it was included in the free service.

I have been very very happy with them. They are very helpful. They have excellent service. I had a problem when someone hit me. They made the whole process much easier while the insurance company did not. They worked with my schedule. They have met me downtown to pick up my car. The body work I had to have done looks excellent. They are done when the say they will be done. If not, they give me a loaner and sometimes cover the gas.

I trust their technicians and feel that they give you high quality service. I feel that I can rely on their advice. They provide good communication. A free loaner is at my disposal during service. I like the long accommodating hours and the drop box for my keys.

We do love our Lexus. It offers the comforts and luxuries that the company promises. We found this dealership to be extremely professional in terms of how they negotiated the deal and how they handled us as customers. We never once felt rushed or hurried or pressured to make a quick sale. We would absolutely return as customers in the future if we buy another Lexus.

The sales team was very helpful and polite to me. At this location, I did not have just one sales representative, there was a team helping me. Every one there was very knowledgeable about their products. They did not budge from the sticker price at all, but that was okay.
