We went in person to the showroom, there wasn't anyone there, after waiting 10 minutes a sales person appeared, showed us the catalog and told us he was moving to another location and to call back the following week but he wouldn't be there.  We called the following Monday, spoke to a sales person, he took all the information of the product we were looking for, he finally called back 3 days later and was very rushed and unhelpful.  We went to Dykes in the end and couldn't have had a better experience.  Maybe Interstate is good if you are a contractor, but as an individual consumer we will not be back and as we have just purchased a house we will be utilizing similar products and services but will continue to use DYKES.
