I'm always impressed with the quality of service and customer service here! I have owned two Hondas and brought them both here for service. The pricing is fair and better than what I've found where I live now (Maine). I trust the advice of the service professionals when I call and ask what really needs to be worked on. I've been really happy with their services.

I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey in for a recall on the brakes. they replaces a part. They were prompt and efficient, and had it finished earlier than estimated. They called to let me know it was ready. The work, though minor, seems fine.

Honda was fine as far as sales went. They sold me a good car and took care of me. I take it elsewhere now to be serviced, so there are no surprises and to save money. I was happy with the sales team and the way they treated and took care of me.

I do not have any complaints about Greenwich Honda. The sales team does a good job. Their prices are good and if you do a trade in, they're good about that too. I have only good things to say about this dealership.

When we first looked at the car it had just arrived. They said it would need to be detailed and some minor work done to a rear door. When we picked it up it was still a mess, the door later turned out to still be broken; it goes on and on. One month later it needed major engine work. We had all the problems fixed elsewhere. I will never go back again.

I WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE REPLACEMENT FOR MY RADIO. WHEN IT FINALLY RETURNED FROM HONDA 'CORPORATE' MY CD'S THAT WERE STUCK IN THE RADIO WERE NOT RETURNED. I WAS TOLD BY GREENWICH HONDA THAT THEY COME SEPARATELY AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY CD'S.
