I use them all the time, they are wonderful. They are really flexible, available, make themselves available during emergencies, nice to deal with.

The staff are very generous with their time and knowledge. That they honestly care is without a question. They are a bit more pricey, but not exactly expensive, and it comes with a big heap of personal service.

Dr. Beaurline is so kind, thoughtful and professional. She took her time to focus 100% on explaining the medical situation regarding our dog, including various avenues of treatment. Such a reassuring experience during an otherwise stressful and emotional situation.

Both Dr.'s are so nice, and very very good. They are helpful, and caring and remember the pets and will do whatever they can to help. But their staff is not always so nice. They have some great technicians, but there is one who is very rude and unhelpful and I have almost thought of not going there just because of her. I once called to pick up some specialty food for my pet, she said they no longer will have it waiting for people and that we should just come down and order it when we get there for their staff to bring down. So I arrived only to find there were many bags waiting for people to pick up. She made me sit and wait while she dealt with a customer which was fine, but when they left she said to hold on while she did paper work for 20 minutes before she would ask me what I wanted. She knew I had no pet there cause I did not come with one. She knew why I was there, then when I finally asked for the food I had to wait another 20 for the food to come down. I have also since called to order the food again and she said they did not carry that brand I said I needed something for my sick pet and she said I had not got food there for months so why now. I told her we had been at our other home during that time and were not around. Turns out they carried a different brand but for the same condition, but she gave us a hard time. She is very rude. Has an accent, Don't deal with her if you go. But the doctors are fabulous so that's what keeps us going back. Even though their secretary is terrible.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY THERE. THE VET IS ALSO VERY CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE AND I DONT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOG THERE TO GET TREATMENT. THEY ALSO LET ME KNOW WHEN MY DOG NEEDS SHOTS AND GIVE ME AVAILABLE FOOD RIGHT AWAY.

IT IS A VERY CLEAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL. MY DOG HAS BEEN BOARDING THERE FOR NINE YEARS. HE HAS NEVER COME HOME SICK OR WITH FLEAS.
