Roy builds trust from the start. You know when he is discussing a job that he is not trying to put something over on you. He is smart and thoughtful. He has access to tradesmen who are like him, accomplished and trustworthy. I called him because I need a little dryrot removed from a door frame. While he was here, he noticed a structural problem on my deck. I commissioned him to repair it - he and his men work very well with wood. One day we got one of those torrential rains, and I showed him my drainage problem, which is complex, and lies on over an acre and a half of land. He planned two major underground piping and well systems, which are now doing their job. He and his men worked from early in the morning til 7 or 8 p.m. to get the cement to set properly. Roy is punctual and polite and so are his men. He stays in touch by cell phone and is easy to reach. If the work is not quite to your satisfaction, he deals with it quickly and doesn't charge extra if the request is reasonable.He checks back to make sure everything is O.K.
