They did good work, went out of their way to meet with the other contractors so they could coordinate and explained everything they were doing.
But the best part is that they provided a quote up front and stuck to it! There were a few out-of-scope items as we changed some particular items but their fees were very fair. They were not inexpensive, but all of their fees were fair and I was never surprised by a bill. Not many contractors you can say that about.
All in all a success. I would certainly use them again.
"From what I remember and going back to my date book we started the job and worked about 7 weeks before leaving then returning 2-3 days later work 6-7 days then leave again while waiting for material to be delivered he was his own general contractor he ordered the material, also we had to fix or make work due to another contractor who had did the framing before we came to help this guy out with our experience other contractor was a butcher.Suppose to of gotten prehung doors but we had to put every frame together in some cases rough openings weren't big enough had to modify in total Mr. Collins got a bargain when we came in to do the work which was A-1 and he knew prior to us starting job that we had other commitments, and as far as calling for money he called my stair fabricator and that company wanted there money for the parts delivered."
