Overall, the quality of the work was fine.  We're pleased with the outcome of the kitchen remodel.  However, we had ongoing problems.  Communication was the biggest problem.  I rarely knew if or when the men would show up.  On several occasions no one showed up or called as we sat waiting.  I found out that they had another job, and my project was put on hold for several days.  Needless to say, our kitchen remodel took longer than anticipated.  I asked repeatedly for them to either call, email or text me with the plan for the following day.  Several times I had to track them down to find out if someone was coming.  At the end of the job I felt we were "nickeled and dimed" with the final bill.  We were able to negotiate some of the final expenses, but I felt we paid more than expected at the end.
