Salesman Mark was very informative on the product. That we were purchases. Very professional presentation. After the installer was excellent. He went a have and beyond on installing the units correctly and liking any flaws that came up. Excellent job all around.

Contractor was punctual, attentive to detail and forthright. High quality results at a good, competitive price-very much worth it! My house needed emergency attentive. Peter L. Brown company responded with a solution immediately.

P. L. B. replaced our roof and installed siding at our former Sims burg home. Based on a job very-well done it was a no- brainier to call them for replacement windows sliding door and bay window. It took us a white to decide after receiving other quotes and options including Rhino Shield Paint. Rejected that; too expensive and referrals didn’t look that good. We are very pleased with the Co. , their reps, and we had a great installer. The best! This Co. did siding on other prev. house in Wethersfield, of 10 yrs ago. Satisfied then too.

Assessment and cost estimating was very thorough and professional. Contractor did not require upfront deposit. Waiting for all supplies and materials was a point of concern as we were closing in on winter weather. Scheduling of work was not as convenient as it could have been. Skipped days, unknown whether workers were coming on site - communication was inconsistent. We had to contact the contract worker at home (mobile) to find out when he was due back. This made our work scheduling difficult. Drywall work is never dust free but they could have covered nearby furniture to prevent extra clean up work. First walk thru of completed work revealed a number of items needing correction and they were promptly documented in a change order and fixed the following week. Peter L Brown sales and scheduling representatives were easy to work with and accommodating to ur needs. The workers exhibited similar flexibility and willingness to do whatever was required without additional expense. I would call upon Peter L Brown again for similar remodel/repair services.
