They were very professional, but very friendly and easy to work with. They get right to business the minute they walk in your door, removing electrical plates, moving any furniture, scouring the walls for pock marks, dings, picture hangers, etc--sanding, spackling, priming in preparation for painting. They set up all paint cans, trays, rollers and brushes in one central area, on a drop cloth, out of the way in the house. They keep all open paints, trays, rollers and brushes, in this control center, covered with plastic to prevent debris, or air to damage the quality of the paint.
They are so neat! All the ceiling, wall junctures are painted crisply, even the rooms with curved walls, special wood molding accents; they make it look easy, but it is not. All the high ceilings, especially in the foyer, rising up the the second floor, all done perfectly. They painted six rooms, with a large amount of wall space, changing the color in most rooms, in less than eight hours. I did not have them paint the molding, I will do that in future.
I would highly recommend this painter, my only regret was I did not have him paint the entire, interior of the house, but will remedy that very soon, by having him back to finish the remainder of the house.
