He came across as very professional and honest, right up until the driveway washed out into the road the first time it rained. It was a disaster. We had already paid him. We called him, and he was totally responsive, told us to leave it the way it was so he could come out and look at it, then we never heard from him again. We called him many times, emailed him several times at both of his email addresses, and even sent him a letter by snail-mail. We never heard a thing. Then we got someone else to come and fix our mess, and find out that what he used was not the proper stone dust. He had claimed that it would harden up almost like concrete, but it never did. It just continued to wash out more and more until it was almost impossible to drive on. So, between his vanishing act and the fact that he didn't use the right material in the first place, I would categorize this guy as unprofessional and ignorant of his own line of work. Don't waste your time and money with him.
