On a job that was over $20k, the workers stood around smoking, didn't complete the work, and owner claimed I was too demanding in asking them not to throw cigarette butts everywhere. I gave the money for the job (which I regret), but had to hire another contractor / excavator to do work so paid twice because of my mistake in hiring Colby.
