First, Tim's an artist at drywall and carpentry, a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Our new arched opening looks like it's always been there and matches an original arch in an adjacent nook. Second, he's punctual and cleans up thoroughly each day. Third, he's cheerful and accommodating, responds to phone calls quickly. He has our highest recommendation.
