The roof collapsed after a large snowfall. This contractor did not take out any building permits with the town and identified in the 1st line of the contract agreement. After examination the installed framing system was not even close to meeting any building codes. The roof needed to be replaced and the appropriate framing support infrastructure needed to be installed. This contractor never would return repeated calls and certified mail requests to contact.
