In what was supposed to be a check of our inoperative furnace the company was also supposed to check the entire system for general maintenance, including each radiator. On the initial visit, they just checked our furnace, not the whole system as was promised. They figured out what the problem with the furnace was but did not have the parts on hand and had to order them. About a week and a half later (all while not informing us on what was going on, unless we called them) they finally got the parts in and came back out to install them. There always seemed to be confusion on how to fix the problem (a defective ignition line) and what parts were needed to fix it. Once fixed, a few of our steam radiators leaked water, but we were told not to worry about it. We paid $100 for an entire system check, which was never performed.
