Awful. These guys came to clean the house. When they left the house was in worse shape than when they started. There was a ton of dirt and grime that was left dripping down my windows and siding. I called to complain and the owner, Josh came out to see the job. Josh agreed it was a terrible job. We set a date for his crew to come out and re-clean the house. They never showed up. Just a horrible experience working with this private company.

They were good. I like them. You have 30-day to pay them. They came back and did the things that they have overlooked the first time. They did as much as they could. They said what they were going to do.

From what I can see the job accomplished what I wanted it to do. I have not been able to get up onto my roof due the weather and hoping to get a better look by the end of April.

Great. Friendly and honest sales person. The man who cleaned the roof took a lot of pride in the quality of his work and was knowledgeable and neat.

Safe Roof Cleanings entire process was simple to use, friendly and efficient! Work was performed exactly as described and on time. Pricing surprised me a little bit but was well within range of others. We are very pleased with the outcome and the 5 year warranty.

They didn’t do proper prep work prior to treating our roof and their cleaning solution killed a bed of flowers and a large portion of grass near one of our gutter down spouts. I called the owner to voice my concern and he offered to send me a $50 check since I had paid my invoice right away. As of today (9 weeks later) I have yet to receive a check and my emails asking about the status of the check have not been returned.

Great service start to finish. We had roof cleaned as well as our siding. Results are amazing! Staff is very professional.

Went Very well. They were punctual and professional. After they left and everything dried, noticed weep hole streaks on the siding and soap residue on the dark deck. They came back without hesitation and rinsed everything clean. It looks great!

thought I needed a new roof but when they finished it looked like new again. great job

Everything went as described beforehand

Great. It was done Memorial Day and is still pristine. Our neighbors are commenting on how well the roof looks!

Need to wait for the first rain storm to see the solution run off and finish the cleaning, but so far so good. The workers were on time and cleaned up after the work (there was quite a bit of debris from the roof and gutters). They also explained the process before beginning the work as well as the results after the work was complete. I will recommend them to others.

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate.  When I scheduled the roof cleaning I mentioned that I was having some interior remodling work done at the same time, but the person scheduling didn't think there would be any problem with having the roof cleaned at the same time.  Once the roof cleaning guys began spraying the roof, it was immediately apparent that since the remodeling crew had some work to do outside (such as cutting wood) that there was a conflict (because roof cleaning chemicals were raining down on the remodeling crew) and both crews could not do their jobs at the same time.  It was a little bit of an inconvenience that the person scheduling the roof cleaning job didn't know this when I told them at the time of scheduling that the remodling crew would also be working that day.  However, Safe Roof Cleaning was very accommodating and once I got them on the phone they rescheduled my job with no hassle and no extra charges for having to come out twice.  Overall, I was pleased with their customer service and would hire them again if needed.  
I should mention though that I asked them for an estimate on the roof.  The estimator recommended that I have the siding and gutters cleaned at the same time and I said okay.  In hindsight, I would not have opted for the additional work as I don't notice much difference in those areas.  The final result on the roof looks great and all of the lichen is gone. 

Everything seems to have gone well.   I won't know for sure until spring when the dead algae should be gone from the roof.  Everyone treated me professionally,  The workers were efficient,  and i was billed after the work was completed.  Highly recommend!!
