All aspects of the arrangement were highly satisfactory. The provider was open and flexible to the terms of the financial arrangement, friendly, easy and pleasant to communicate with, provided excellent design plans, lived up to the terms of the agreement with respect to timeliness and constancy of work, keeping within budget, demonstrating sensitivity to the living situation of the customer and children. The actual quality of the work and appearance of my home are commented on to this day as appearing original build and not at all looking like an add-on.
