Mylo Plumbing & Heating

We use them all the time.  I'd give them an "A" across the board.  We've been using them for years and years.  They put in water heaters for us and everything.  I call them and they come when they can, I wasn't in any hurry.  I didn't need it right away.  Like I said we've been using them for 30 years, we started with the Father and now deal with the son.

I continue to be impressed with Mylo's talented team! My husband woke up 7/25 at 5am, turned on the shower and water went everywhere. Our whole shower bar system has broken. I put a call into Mylo at 6:30, had a callback by 8 and Jason at my house by 12:30. They had a jam packed day but still fit me in. Jason installed a temporary shower head until he could find a replacement, which he did and installed the following morning. He was able to find the exact same part. Price was right too. I will continue to use Mylo for all plumbing needs. It couldn't have gone smoother. Sandy in the front office rocks too!!

Jason was great, he was able to fix a broken offset flange where the alternative was cutting out the ceiling below. He saved me a few hundred dollars. Mylo plumbing was also very responsive, able to come out the next day. I contacted 3 other plumbing companies and mylo was the only one to pick up the phone and return my call.

Jason first asked if it was under control so we could avoid emergency bill, then came first thing next day. Had to trace origin of leak up through the two master floors. 2 small sheet rock cuts. Found leak, fixed it, keeping us informed all along. Great job. Fast, courteous. Recommended sheet rock repairer.

Could have not gone better!! My father met the plumber at my place, and the work was impeccable and very reasonably priced. He ended up having to replace both my faucet and sprayer, and both were done in a timely manner at a great price. He was also extremely knowledgeable on all of the repairs. Now that I am purchasing a home in the next few months, I definitely plan on using Mylo Plumbing in the future. My dad was so impressed, he will be using them as well! Thank you so much for making this moving experience a little less stressful!

I have used them over the years. On that one particular experience, he didn't have any answer but nobody has had any answer so I can't really fault anybody for it. No one seems to quite understand what's going on. I think they're a little pricey but that's all over general service, not for that particular visit.

Mylo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made suggestions that we incorporated into the work we needed to have done. Mylo has become the only heating contractor/plumber we use for all our plumbing/heating needs. When we were adding a master bathroom/walk-in closet to our bedroom, we contacted Mylo to do the plumbing and heating work. We have had them do quite a bit of plumbing in the house. They promptly return calls and arrive when they say they will. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is superior. I also contacted them one evening at 9:00PM when my 90-year old mother's furnace stopped working in January. I had contacted CNG first, since my mother had a maintenance contract with them. CNG refused to come that evening not deeming it an emergency. Mylo came immediately and fixed my mother's furnace. I highly recommend Mylo for anyone's plumbing and heating needs.

They are awesome and I have used them a couple of times. The technician comes out, does his stuff and goes away. We would use them again and again because he is a real old fashioned kind of plumbing guy; I think the firm used to belong to his father. He does a good job.

The work was fine.

I bought new Moen bath and shower valve and trim hardware intending to install it myself, but then decided removing the existing equipment and installing the new should be done by a professional. I called two plumbing businesses, getting over-the-phone estimates of six-to-eight hundred dollars and five-to-seven hundred, and neither place could get around to the job until "sometime next week." I wanted the job done before my wife returned from vacation the next week, and at those prices I was back intending to do it myself. But at the last minute I looked in the yellow pages and found Mylo Plumbing and Heating located quite close to my home. Mr. Milo answered the phone and I explained everything to him just as I had done to the other two plumbing contractors I'd spoken with. Thirty minutes later Peter Segda was at my door, and an hour and a half later the old equipment was gone and the new bath/shower plumbing was beautifully installed. It was a pleasure having Peter around, he has a charming personality, and a pleasure watching him work, I have never seen better looking copper plumbing joints! When Peter presented his $195.64 bill I was shocked; thrilled it was so reasonable and nowhere near the 5-to-8 hundered that others wanted for the same job.

I don't know how Mr. Mylo pays himself and his team. For my big boiler replacement job, he came in under budget with a competitive bid. The install was signed off by the Town Inspector, who said it was a nicely performed job and couldn't finad anything to nitpick. Mr. Mylo and his Team also came through when a different installing plumber company didn't/wouldn't call the factory for replacement of a prematurely failed hot water tank at another address. Before even charging me, Mr. Mylo's Team brought the still serviceable DHW tank sacrificial anode rod to the factory authorized reseller who got the factory to provide me with a FREE replacement hot water tank even though Mr. Mylo's team didn't do the original install. I've been satisfied with all the work Mr. Mylo has done over the years since I got a quote from his Dad years ago on my heating system replacement project. I don't believe I've EVER had to make a callback to Mylo Plumbing for work that didn't solve my problems. Finally, the Mylo Team is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge with me as an occasional do-it-yourself so I can sometimes save a few dollars.

He did real good job. Mr. Michael Mylo is the concern person; it was his father who started this business but Mr. Mylo is running the business now. Peter and Jason are the two main workers who have been with him for more than 10 years now. They are local people here and I was pleased with the service they provided. I mentioned the work done by them to few other folks I knew, they said that the price was too high but I never felt so. They did a high quality service and were professional. They were punctual because they were there when they said they will be and also were professional. I like the service they did, I will recommend them and use them in the future.

Michael Mylo and his two co-workers Jason and Peter are most professional. Michael's father ran the business before Michael so Michael grew up in the business. Jason and Peter have each been with Michael over 10 years. All questions were answered and the work effort was described before work began. They were careful not to leave debris around. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The only issue was one toilet flusher. I didn't care for the way the installed unit worked; they readily changed it out for one I did like at no additional cost. Mylo Plumbing and Heating is in my town and I try to support local businesses. For me, Mylo's service and pricing was good. I will use them again. I will recommend them to others.
