While they were installing the door they touched or cut an electrical wire on the front of the house. The lights effected were the ceiling light, two outlets, house light outside close to the front door, and post light at the front of the house. I have been having problems with them repairing it since.

Everything went well with them except that it seemed to take forever to get our carpet. Once they came to install it, everything was good. They did it quickly and professionally. We love our new carpet. Lowe's was very helpful in showing us the different types of carpet and in the final selection.
