The accounting staff is second to none, very detailed and complete monthly reports. I have never identified an accounting issue. They are very responsive to issues and concerns and always willing to work toward reaching the best possible resolution. In the past year they were asked to coordinate several major projects including review and updating association documents, a long range reserve and planning study, several major insurance claims and construction projects. They approached each assignment with enthusiasm. I find the entire staff very professional and easy to work with.
