 + -1 moreThe accounting staff is second to none, very detailed and complete monthly reports. I have never identified an accounting issue. They are very responsive to issues and concerns and always willing to work toward reaching the best possible resolution. In the past year they were asked to coordinate several major projects including review and updating association documents, a long range reserve and planning study, several major insurance claims and construction projects. They approached each assignment with enthusiasm. I find the entire staff very professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Kuzmak-Williams & Associates have been the property managers our our condominium association for more than a decade. They handle all aspects related to our association including accounting, office management, collections, budget preparation, oversight of routine maintenance and repair contracts, emergency situations, construction contracts, legal matters, insurance claims and many other owner related issues.

 + -1 moreVery pleased. All services completed as agreed upon. No surprises. Was able to enjoy my time out of New England's snow and ice with "peace of mind" that my home was in good hands.
Description of Work: As a snowbird, used their services to monitor my home while away for the winter. They walked through the house on a weekly basis, checked that the heat was working and no pipes had burst, turned the roof deicing wires on/off as needed, and made sure that the snow plow company cleared the driveway.
