 + -1 moreI called John Lawrynowicz of Glastonbury CT, who does business under J.L. Masonry. He came out to look at the job and gave me a price of $500 for the concrete step about 3ft by 3 ft.) He quoted an additional $100 for the stucco repair. It was quoted on the back of his business card, not very professional. I told him I'd call him back in a couple of days. I called him back today (3/31) to offer him the job and he says he CAN'T DO THE JOB FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE AND WANTS MORE MONEY. Needless to say, I told him to pound sand. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT IF I HAD GIVEN IN TO HIS NEW PRICE, THAT IT WOULD HAVE CHANGED AGAIN HALF WAY THROUGH THE JOB.
