 + -1 moreAfter a false start, they were unable to find the problem, Craig helped me out with no advance notice, no appointment. He also applied my initial diagnostic charge to the actual repair, even though he had to do all the diagnostics again. They were quick, very professional and more than fair.
Description of Work: I had a coolant leak. Problem was diagnosed, repaired quickly. Price was lower than expected.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Work was scheduled in advance, dropped off the car and was provided a ride home. Work was done ahead of promised time. Was provided a ride back to the shop, picked up the car, and everything works great. Have had various Mercedes and BMW's serviced here for years and in every instance the cars have been fixed properly, as promised, the first time.
Description of Work: Replaced latch micro-switch on rear tailgate of Mercedes C320. Also did oil and filter change and replaced rear brake pads, rotors and sensor.
