I called at 8:00 A.M. Promptly the phone was answered and they said they would be there at 1:00 P.M, that DAY, which in itself was impressive. Matt arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. Within a couple minutes he knew exactly the problem. We needed a part, which he had on the truck. He replaced the part and the unit was working within 20 minutes. This is now our go to guy to service our air conditioning and furnace needs yearly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional!!! Love Matt and Love this company!!!!

Very well. Paul and his people did an excellent job. It was a complicated project and they did it well. They were careful to size the new equipment properly, installed it on schedule, cleaned up completely and, at a most competitive price. They have been prompt to respond to and address any questions I had post installation. I highly recommend Paul and his people.

"Dear Member, I am sorry you felt your experience with our company was mediocre. You requested a tune-up on your system which was performing well according to our tech. From your statement, you inquired about something outside the scope of work which we were hired for. You have hot water pipes running behind your thermostat which is causing faulty readings. We provided a solution and a general cost of said solution. Unfortunately, we did not do your initial installation but we were able to provide a reasonable solution for your concern. My fiance and I just bought a home in Newington and our Electrician suggested we get the CAIR serviced. I did a search on Angie's List and was impressed by the reviews for Glastonbury Mechanical and they also offered a $125 service coupon. I sent an email and heard from them within hours. They honored the $125 service cost without my having to purchase it on Angie's List. I was unable to be there for the actual call, but my father-in-law was there and was extremely impressed. Along with servicing the actual unit, they replaced an extremely dirty filter in the ceiling and installed new batteries into the temperature control unit on the wall. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future!

The workers showed up on time, were very mindful not to mess up the house or basement, cleaned up at the end of each day and did a wonderful job. They even took the time to install a new frost free outside faucet to help keep the construction of the new addition flowing smoothly. I've been using this company for years. They installed my A/C system and service it annually. I will continue to use this company and recommend them highly.
