The only complaint I have is one of the timers which they had initially placed years ago at my house, which they charged 144$ to replace (that includes labor) but still gives me trouble. They stopped picking up my call when I kept telling them it is not fixed
Other than that they did an excellent job, were very good at everything else and I would still use them again. I think that timer is just wired wrong or something.
