Would not recommend to my worst enemy. They were contracted to come mow every week on a strict schedule. This is going on three weeks with zero mowing. They are supposed to mow, weed whack, and blow off our porches. They don’t weed whack or blow off porches. And when they do come, they either sit under a tree on their phones, sit in their truck and never get out, drive by on the mower without the blades engaged, or do a very poor and rushed mowing job and patches of grass are missed like a five year old giving their brother a “haircut”.

I use them on a regular basis. They come out and give you a quote right away, their quotes are accurate with what the price ends up being, and they are very easy to work with. They do very good work. Everything is excellent.

They are good   I had no problems with their work. They were prompt and couteous.  They did a good job

We went to pick out the stone to be used at a stone supply store recommended by Quinn (incidentally, they were great too.  Very helpful and friendly!)  Then the store and Quinn coordinated the delivery of the stone that we picked.  Quinn was extremely reliable.  Whenever he said they would be there, they were.  He always called to let us know the arrival time and how long it would take.  And, it always panned out the way he said.  The wall and steps are beautiful and well-crafted.  He prepared our yard for work he'll do for us in the spring, because our budget didn't allow all the work to be done at once.  He was willing to work with our budget constraints.  We never felt pressured in our conversations with him to do more than we could afford or wanted to do.  And, he always returned our phone calls and cleaned up after the work.  We are going to use him again to finish off the yard with a patio made of pavers.  He may be a little on the expensive side, but it's worth paying for the reliability and professionality.

They have a plan for everything, and they have actually been out several times when I have called them because I hadn’t been sure what I wanted to do. They have walked around with me, made recommendations, and they always get back to me quickly with an estimate. I sign it and send it back, and they schedule the work. They clean up after themselves, and they have always been on time. They come back out and take a look and make sure that everything is being cared for the way they have educated me. My neighbors couldn’t believe it. I live in the woods, and there are lots of big stones everywhere. I was out of state, and I got a call from somebody who was walking past, and they said that they couldn’t believe it. These guys come in and get right down to work, and they had it done in a day. The guy who did the work went to the local high school, so he kind of grew up in the business in town, and it has just really flourished. It’s so nice to do business with a local person who has invested in the community, and he just really has a great business.

When dealing with Ed be very up front with any concerns. He will address them rapidly within the limitations of things like the growing season

In the approximately three years time that they were my landscapers I spoke to Matt maybe three times including once when I was home while they were doing work.  I signed a contract at the beginning of their employ which included mulching and pruning .  In 09 they came and charged me for a total of 21 hours of pruning a job that took only 9 hours the year before with no change in the plantings.  They billed me for 3 workers there for 7 hours.  On the day the work was done I left home late and came home early and they were not there when I left or came home. When I called to try to get issues resolved Matt never called me back and did not have any response or comment to the concerns I had.  I spoke to some other people who had been hired specifically for customer service and after many phone calls the bill was fixed.  The last year or so the  service was bad in that they came and cut the grass but they never came and mulched the property, they never weeded or offered to weed and the trees and shrubs were all overgrown and never attended to.  I became frustrated and hired another company to do the weeding and pruning.  Since nothing improved  I finally cancelled E. A. Quinns service.

I have used them all the time and I originally got to them 3 years ago when they replaced the whole lawn for me which came at a very good price. I never felt that i was talking to a used car dealer; he is very down to earth; he was getting to the pros and cons and runs a very good organization. His name is Mr. Matt and he has been here many times and is very good. The fertilization process is 6 applications or 7 courses a year. They have cool gadgets where they drive around; it’s usual that landscapers have cool gadgets to use. At some point in time we are planning leave the house and probably move to a condo. Right now he is doing fertilization for us but I will have him do the leaf raking and in the fall I will have him mow the lawn too. He has done work on the homes that's across our street and does works at our church too. He has also received an award last year in our town from an elderly organization saying he was the best business man for that year. I have been real pleased with him; he is a good guy and so is his job. I have enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anybody who wants to do landscaping.

They are awesome! The same crew comes every single week, and every single year, which I really enjoy. I highly recommend this company.

It has gone very well. They are a good company. They are local around here. They started the company 20-30 years ago. A lot of people use them. There are 2 other people on my street that use them, and also my church uses them. I started using them 4 years ago when I wanted to put a new lawn in. The owner came out. He was not a high pressure salesman. He explained the pros and cons. His prices were $3,000.00 to $4000.00 less than the other bidder. They did a fine job. Matt, that works for him, is very good. If you have any questions you can just ask him. They are very good, and I have enjoyed working with them all. The prices that I pay for their services are pretty descent. They are a solid local contractor, and customer service is very high on their list.

They are fantastic. I spent about $500 for that service. They are wonderful and the grass looks so much better than it has ever before and they are very nice people.

Of 3 bids obtained, Ed's was the lowest, by far. However, I felt the other bids were inflated and Ed was on the mark. All my questions were answered, a detailed proposal and time line established, and he was on time all the time. Additional questions about lawn care, mower blade shapening (done for free), and mole treatment were all handled well and professionally. I have had many comments on how good the lawn looks and two other neighbors now use Ed's servces. Ed grew up in town and is a good example of excellent service provided by a solid local company. I continue to use Ed's services. He provides all my lawn fertilizing requirements.

THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY NICE AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER, I FELT THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY AND THE COMMUNICATION WAS POOR, BUT THE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
