Horrendous experience. Did a terrible job. Took 5 months to get them back to fix things. The fix was even worse. They cut through my new front door. All of the stones are uneven, the grouting is already gone, they used dirty used stone instead of new. They left all their garbage including a tool on my existing wall, which I didn?t know was there. It rusted and left a stain I cannot get off. They gave me every excuse in the book about why. Complete scam! I am reporting them to the BBB and seeing how I can do in small claims court. They told me the ?company is going bust? yet the website is still up and running. STAY AWAY!

Very disappointed with this contractor. I hired this contractor to install a French drained as water was pooling by the Sala door and flooding my basement. The contractor told us they would level the backyard and install drainage. The work for this job was done very haphazardly. After spending over 8,000 I am still getting water in my basement. And my backyard is a complete mess. I have reached out to them multiple times only to be met with what I feel is a cold shoulder. They said they will send out a mason to raise the Sala door yet no one has come out. It has been over two weeks now. I have been blown off multiple times. The drainage area are sinking in and they did not even bother to level my yard like what was agreed upon. When we brought it up to them, they told us we were responsible for leveling the backyard and they had gone over that when explaining the scope of the work. If I had any inclination that would have been the case. I would have picked another contractor. They never mentioned anything along those lines and lied right to us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this contractor.

They got right on it, worked in the rain and finished the job. Make sure to get your quote in writing before making a decision.

Stay away from them. You can find better. I found them through Angi?s and called them to rebuild my chimney from the roofline, seal foundation around the chimney, and repoint the basement element of the chimney. All told, quote was $15,000 which was less than other contractors quoted us, so he hired them: that was a mistake. They take no pride in the work, the workers cut corners and seem to have little support from management. Since they left the work site, there is a giant pit where they dug up to access the foundation. This is not settling. Since the pit revealed itself, I have found entire bricks, pieces of metal, giant screws, large chunks of mortar, and?what seems to be an entire flue. It was all just buried about two inches below the dirt, that once ?settled? it was all revealed. They also threw the bricks off the roof, damaging my gutter extender. :I am still cleaning up the basement from the repointing mess. Honestly, I would have paid more for contractors who cared.

Very thorough. This is not a contractor who says they will show up, then doesn't - they are there every day, and their men work their tails off. They are not averse to going above and beyond and you are left with a feeling that the done has been done right.

To repair a leaking one spot roof our kitchen and bathroom ceilings were ripped out, claimed everything was wet, replaced ceilings but left us with damaged wood floors, a hole in a wall from carelessness, put lighting fixtures back up the wrong way, bolted a shelving unit to a wall without our knowledge. I could go on about the plaster/paint on floors, wood door frames, uneven plastering. NO ESTIMATE FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK and, they only take cash, $10,000.00 and the ROOF STILL LEAKS. We're seniors on a fixed income.
