Once they started to work on the next project, the roof they had just done started to collapse. The builder inspector said that they had done work not up to code. The inspector said that the roof had to come down and be redone. The workers were also smoking on the roof and they caught the porch below on fire. We also caught a worker urinating on our garage wall. Ultimately we had to hire someone else to fix the problem.

They provided a partial refund of our deposit but left us with an unsafe roof and a huge mess to deal with.

Phone call response and on-site visits were scheduled and on-time, as was actual work, on-time. From there, things went downhill. The reason for the replacement windows (original to house 1978) was so that we would no longer have to go outside to push them shut. That still happens. Not happy with "clean-up" inside house. Left way too much sawdust in and around windows. Hmmm... The original wooden front steps (four) and small-ish landing needed replacing. We opted for the new composite, no paint, never rot replacement. The wooden replacement posts are splintered with visibly open cracks, as well as nails not fully flush with the handrail. The workers cannot draw a straight line to align the screws, nor could they even sand down the drill debris and had to be called back to finish that.

Used them many times, always satisfied.  They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly, and never upsell or do repairs that aren't necessary.

Siding&windows:Work men very good but administration , Bosses got antsy as job dragged on. We eventually got what we wanted but it took some arm twisting& minor confrontations. I paid promptly. When October snowstorm hit some wires pulled out some siding. I asked them for Quote & it was $400.00!  I tried to haggle for a more reasonable price being a good customer , no way! It took over a year to finally get the correct siding. I fixed it myself for $15.00& 2.5 hrs labor. Make sure you know what you want, your going to pay for it! Good Luck! Please respect Tradesmen who are putting in aHonest effort. It the Bosses you have to watch!

We apologize to Mr. and Mrs. (Member name removed) for any discontent with the project process but we are happy that they were satisfied with the end result of the project."

They were here before we moved to this area.  Robert Turner was in business with his father before, and Robert is now in business with his son Corey.  They are more like family friends to us now than contractors.  We trust them implicitly and know that when we call we will get sound advice and top notch work.

This past January or February they called us after our snow storm that resulted in about 3ft of snow, asking if we would like them to clear the snow from our roof.  We were out of state at the time and really appreciated their attentiveness and the fact that they thought of us after the storm.

Job due to start in early October, did not begin until beginning of November.  Contractor did a poor job of communicating when job would begin.  Once started, the job was completed quickly.  A large crew was used to insure quick completion.  However, clean-up was rushed and not very thorough.  Some plantings were damaged due to carelessness.  The quality of the new roof and the workmanship were very good.  The price was on the expensive side and in the future I would be hesitant to use them again due to high cost.
