Do not go to this realtor for anything! In all my lifetime of buying and selling 4 homes, I have never experienced such a lack of communication, professionalism, common courtesy and overall unfriendliness. I would send a list of homes to my agent and I was lucky if he responded to my message at all. If he did he would do so days later and then since houses were selling so quickly anything I wanted was already under contract. I literally viewed one home with him. After two months, I decided to break our contract. I called the office manager to try to work things out and she was useless and very very rude. They wanted a percentage of my new agents commission to break the contract. Even though he did absolutely nothing for me! Luckily, I found someone who would except their unreasonable demands and I am now happily looking at many homes and having good communication with my new agent, the way it should be.

When we bought this house we went through a Coldwell Banker agent in Alexandria her name was Evaun Croft. She was our representative to buy this house. She helped get the job done. She was OK. She was just trying to help us find a house I don't think she did anything out of the ordinary. It was standard transactions.
