I give zero stars. After begging for a simple price per gallon, the basic response came via email from "upper management" days later. It was very curt and the OPPOSITE of helpful. I have never in my life heard of having to submit a survey to then wait for "upper management" to respond with a quote "up to a week later". Also, since when is the price per gallon "based on my usage." So customers who need propane to cook, make sure you promise to use more than that! I was under the assumption that the price per gallon would be based on market industry standards and not based on me personally. Overall, the best move made over a year ago was to buy a propane tank: Even though the tank remains on site after a myriad of requests to remove for about 14 months. Bemer's CLEARLY doesn't want local propane business. What happened to "It takes a Village" and "We're all in this together?" Unacceptable.

I am a current Bemer Propane customer, so when I woke up with no heat I decided to call Bemers to see of they did repair work. They were very responsive and sent out a subcontractor within a few hours. They gave me a time frame of noon to 4 pm, and the repair man was there within that time. Very quickly he determined that the control board was shot and he would have to come back with one the next day. Unfortunately I took the next afternoon off to wait for the repairman and he never showed up. He called around 6:30 and said he was running late and would be there the next morning. I had taken enough time off, so I left him access to the basement and went to work. The work was completed and my heat now works fine. I think the price was reasonable, and I don't want to penalize Bemers too much for the delay by their subcontractor. All and all, I am pleased with the work.

Very high cost for LP.
Very high cost for LP tank rental.
Only reason I have them is the previous owner of my home had their tank on the property.
I will switch to another company as soon as the tank is near empty.  I wanted to switch months ago, but the cost to remove the tank included removing all the LP in it prior to removal.  They would've charged me over $200 to remove the tank AND no payback on the unused LP.
