+ -1 moreWe had a blizzard this winter and the screen blew off because it was glued down instead of nailed down. I have called this company many times to repair the issue and he will not return my calls.

+ -1 moreI had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this person.
Description of Work: I responded to an ad in the local paper for someone to shovel my roof. Paul Bisi's crew arrived when expected, but failed to shovel part of the roof. In addition, they shoveled the snow from the roof onto my walkway which prevented me from accessing the back door. When I called Paul Bisi to talk about it, he was unbelievably rude. We talked about solutions for snow removal and when I expressed some concerns, he told me I should get my priorities straight and slammed the phone down on me. Later he sent me a bill for $100 more than we agreed upon and told me he would take me to Small Claims if I didn't pay it. I believe anyone who dealt with this man would regret it.
