Alex is currently working the project, about 3/4 through.  He also did a small project at our church last year, which I looked at as a way to test his work.  He did a very nice job there, even though he had numerous delays before the project was finished.  So I hired him to do a much larger project at the apartment complex I manage.  His work has been excellent, high quality. We've had to communicate throughout the project to make adjustments as things came up that required some tweaking.  He's been flexible and easy to work with throughout the project.  He keeps me up-to-date on a regular basis and has been sensitive to the needs of the residents' access while the work is being done.

He came a few weeks later than he had indicated on his first visit. However, his work was very satisfactory. He completed it in one day as he said he would. Clean-up was very good.

When I called for an estimate it was a bit hard to understand him due to his european accent, but he came out as planned, gave me the estimate on the spot (didn't have to wait weeks). When I asked him to provide a sample of some stone materials, he dropped them off at my home the very next day. He started the project just as planned...and I was especially surprised that he and his team even worked all day Saturday and Sunday. His work turned out beautifully. They were neat and dependable. My neighbor saw my walk, and hired Alex on the spot to do work on his front walk. I would definitly hire him again.
