During this job, the also roofed over the existing roof drains for the porch; When I asked it to be fixed, rather than expose the existing roof drain from under the new roofing, install flashing, rework the roofing and do it properly, they drilled a large hole in the roof and installed a large, commercial type drain protruding roof drain (on a very visible location of a residence) and installed it on the HIGH POINT of the roof, so not only does it look out of place, it doesn't even work because the water can't drain to it!!
Refused to come return to fix it because I never paid for the installation of the same roof drain.

[Member name removed] rehired my company to install windows after the roof job was complete and never paid me for the work. These false accusations are claimed for the sole purpose of cheating me again. There was no way of knowing how many layers of shingles were on [Member name removed] roof until we started stripping, He was made well aware of that. He was also aware that there would be additional costs of what was not specified in the original first Quote given to him. Paul Dube Owner."
