All branches up to about 6and quot; were chipped and the tree trunks were cut into 18and quot; long segments as requested, with two of the trees left on site for later splitting by me for firewood. The personnel returned a day or two later to remove all truck sections not desired by me and they cleaned up the area. They dropped no materials onto the roof, though two of the trees overhung the house.
My only complaint? The owner promised to have his guys remove debris that had accumulated in my gutters over the years - but I think he failed to communicate that to his crew and it was not done.
I've now used this firm on 3 occasions over the years and never had a significant complaint.
