"As the third Designer on this project I should have known to be more deliberate. Steve loved my design that saved him money then the other provided previous design. He had an old historical home with a series of poorly constructed overlapping additions that there was no way to see how it was constructed until the back roof was opened up. My builder of 20 years handled the job very well but for Steve to be on the site every day it is understandable from him to not grasp the typical struggles you have to do in the field to make it work and there were some misunderstandings with him, such as about the ridge vents. The house finished beautifully."
