Bruce R. Roache

We noticed our pool level was consistently going down every other day. I got Bruce's name as a recommendation from a family member. I called on Friday, and the customer service rep said they try to be out within 3 days of the call, so it could be Saturday or Monday. Bruce showed up on Monday, asked me what I was seeing with the pool. He checked the skimmers, then suited up in his scuba gear and inspected the liner. He was very thorough, and found a few small rips, and a large one, and a leak in a pool light that had been tripping the circuit. He repaired all the rips, put a better cap on the liner head, fixed the leak in pool light, and showed me everything on a diagram he made of my pool. He also recommended that I purchase additional pool liner caps online to get a better deal to address the sagging cap problem I have.  It was well worth the price of not having to drain the pool to find leaks. I felt he was very thorough, professional and took the time to explain to me everything he saw. I would use Bruce again in a heartbeat.
