John provided a written quote of the job, which he said might be a little high in case the materials were more, but the final job was actually under the quote.  He was prompt, thorough, and the workmanship was excellent.  John removed the old wood frame, prepped the area and replaced two sides of the window with new framing.

When I called his phone, he responded soon after. He came over the next day to see what needed to be done. A few days later he came and left written information about the supplies to order and what the cost would be. A few days later he called and set up a time to come and do the work. He and his son came and did an excellent job. He was pleasant and professional, and I am confident that he knows how to do good home repairs.

The counter in the condo was high so he lowered it and will be bringing the counter up to make a little breakfast nook. He has done a couple of things at my friends' houses too. His prices are certainly very competitive. He is just wonderful and I would always refer him. He is awesome and I would definitely use him again.
