They were wonderful. They came on such short notice and they came to my house already knowing what needed to be done. I was super impressed. I would use them again for any future needs.

I was charged $230 (pre-tax) for the replacement of the stem in the Symmons shower valve. The tech was here for less than a half hour. $150 for labor, $82.50 for the part. My regular plumber charges $85/hr for labor. $150 for 20 minutes? . Additionally, the job was completed properly. When the tech left, he didn't check to make sure the shower was working properly. When I got home and tested it, it was hot when it was meant to be cold and cold when it was meant to be hot. This was because a reversing seat had been used with the old valve to fix a shower that was plumbed backwards. Had the tech checked the shower and realized it wasn't working properly, he could've called me and I would've told him to take the reversing seat off the old stem and swap it onto the new stem. I called Pro Plumbing and told the owner about the problem. He did offer to come back and fix it, but I decided to have my regular plumber do it. Given the poor quality of workmanship, I was not happy with the very high price of the labor.

We purchased a new washing machine for a rental property. The installer could not remove the cold water hose. So, we attempted to try to remove the hose ourselves and caused the hose to leak. I called Pro Plumbers and left a message early on Saturday morning. I was very impressed that my call was returned within two hours. Then the repair was completed and the washer was available for the tenants to use within one hour and twenty minutes after my call was returned. The plumber was very courteous, quick and professional. I will definitely refer this company to others and use them for future plumbing needs.

My 16 year old propane power vent hot water heater started spewing water out the top cover Friday at 1am. Thankfully I was up and heard the water before it spread to far. I called a few plumbers all who couldn't do anything till Monday. I got a hold of Rich with Pro Plumbers and he came out that day and gave me a few options. I chose to go with a heat pump hybrid hot water heater because of the energy efficiency. Rich ordered the heater I wanted from the plumbing store and as soon as the heater got shipped to the store Rich came out and installed it in a few hours. There was a small leak in the condensate line after it was installed but Rich came out and fixed right away. Pro Plumbers is a great company which I highly recommend.

It went very well, the pipe was fixed and the problem was solved.

Great work. Hit a snag with the kitchen faucet, but knew exactly what to do. Everything works wonderfully.

They always do a great job at a fair price. He's always busy so you can't get same-day service unless it's an emergency.

Work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Rich spoke to our insurance company about what he found, work completed, floor and ceiling damage. Unfortunately this kind of water damage from a slow leak is not covered by our insurance policy.

They came out right away when I needed them. They are inexpensive, and I also set up a payment plan with them. They are really good. The professionalism was okay. They came out twice and I paid $250.

sttThe building owner where we leased a 1400 foot space for a Salon payed for the plumbing rough-in so I do not know the total price. My experience with Pro Plumbing was excellent. They were responsive to our needs, answered questions, and made suggestions when our layout ideas were unrealistic based on reality and physics. Overall I was impressed with their speed of install and professional relationship with the building inspector. My impression of the building inspectors view was that Pro Pluming knew what they were were doing.

It was great. Quick, professional, friendly, and they devised a better solution than our previous system. Reasonable fee, also. Very highly recommended.
